The List #09
Marbled photo frames, a cult ticking spot and the joys of an egg cup attached to a plate
Crown Cottage Somerset - Hand-painted antique and vintage furniture, particularly good if you like Gustavian stuff (someone once explained Gustavian furniture to me as a Swedish take on French furniture: decorative but without so much frou frou). Crown Cottage have loads of lovely, functional pieces of furniture, like this chest of drawers, which you could also use as a washstand. I also love this pale green night stand.
EDY Embroidery While looking for some second-hand high-tops for my daughter I came across these adorable embroidered ones by EDY Embroidery. They ship from the US, which is a bit of a ballache, but the embroidery is very reasonably priced and there’s a large range of different florals, mushrooms leaves, colours etc. I only wish they did them for kids, too!
Wolf and Mabel vintage kidswear Very cute vintage dresses edit, with a particularly fine line in St Michael (former Marks & Spencer) who really did make the best clothes once upon a time.
